Japanese flip-flops, padded with rice straw matting. The sole is made of a stiff material (which imitates traditional wooden Zori) with skid-proof texture. Straps are made of soft, nice to touch, velour cloth. They are quilted several times to prevent them from stretching. The flip-flops are tended to be used in dry environment because of the rice straw matting. In order to clean them, use a damp rag with small amount of detergent. Avoid contact with water. This bag was designed for people practicing or planning to practice Iaido for many years. While designing it, we set ourselves a number of targets: the bag must hold a sword and a boken (look up the dimensions below) protection: the bag must protect weapons well, and therefore consists three layers of protection: two layers of durable polyester fabric resistant to leaking (used in mountaineering backpacks) and a foam located between them, which protects the weapon from accidental impacts ergonomics: that is why the shape of the bag is matched to the curvature of the sword and boken.
