AIKIDO JACKET TONBO NATSU This product is made to order. We do not keep stock. The lead time under the product name. Natsu means summer. This aikido gi was named Natsu because it was designed especially for very intensive trainings in hot summer days or in warm dojos, where classic aikido gi's with bamboo fabric on top does not prove to be useful because of their thickness and stiffness. The natsu aikido gi is being made based on a cut used for judo gi, but a bamboo fabric on top part is exchanged with a lighter and softer material with very interesting square pattern. The lower part of jacket is made with a cotton fabric with rhombus pattern. Following classic judo gi cut, we reinforced shoulder and front chest areas with additional square cotton layer. There are no collar and underarm reinforcements which are useless in aikido training, making the jacket only more heavy.
